Processing Time

Orders are packed and handed to courier within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. All orders ship from our facility in Gurgaon, India.

Couriers

We ship via Blue Dart and Delivery Express, with DTDC used as a fallback where serviceability requires it. Courier assignment is based on your delivery pincode and current serviceability.

Note: where an "Express" service is used for your shipment, this refers to the courier's service tier and does not guarantee immediate dispatch or a faster delivery window than stated below. Delivery timelines remain subject to courier processing and transit schedules.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Timelines are estimates and can vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional disruptions outside our control.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is booked with the courier.

Packaging

All items are packed with protective inner padding to prevent damage to printed parts and frame corners during transit. If your package arrives visibly crushed or tampered with, please photograph it before opening and report it immediately.

Shipping Charges

Undelivered/RTO Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal at delivery, we will reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
