Hangcast sells 3D-printed display and accessory products, including Hot Wheels tabletop displays, wall-mount frames, and sports jersey display frames, designed and printed in-house and fulfilled from Gurgaon, India.

2. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details.

4. Product Information

Since our products are 3D-printed, minor variations in texture, layer lines, or color between batches are normal and do not constitute a defect. Product images are for reference; actual color may vary slightly depending on your screen and print batch.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines, couriers, and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photography, and content on hangcast.com are the property of Hangcast and may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission.

8. Third-Party Trademarks

References to third-party brands (such as Hot Wheels) describe product compatibility only. Hangcast is an independent maker and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these brands.

9. Limitation of Liability

Hangcast is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use our products, beyond the value of the order placed.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
